Pollinator Roadsides Fall Planting Work Party

Last Fall we prepared the site, sowed seeds and added plants at our second site, in front of the Ken Seiling Museum. It has developed well in general, but there are some gaps between the plants in the topsoil area. So this Fall we will be adding more plants to fill in these areas.

We are also looking for people to donate certain species of plants that you might be able to spare from your garden (plants can be donated whether or not you are able to attend the work party. Please see the Facebook post for a list of plants and contact us if you can donate plants.

When: Saturday, September 19th. Between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. We will be planting and doing a little weeding if necessary, so not heavy work. (Bad weather date  is Sun, Sept 20^th @ 10 am)

Where: Along Homer Watson Blvd. in front of the Ken Seiling Museum.
