Description:  Ah, Spring! What will we see now the ice is cleared and the ground has thawed? Come back and see how much has changed in the past few weeks, or join in for the first time as we continue getting to know these woods through the seasons. Pine plantation, wetlands, ponds, and upland forest offer a wealth of change to observe. We will walk through watching for emerging plant life, animal activity, lively birds, and continuing changes in the trees, shrubs, and mosses.

Please dress for the weather, and perhaps bring a snack for the wind-down. Trails may be muddy and slippery in spots so walking sticks or poles are advised. Washrooms are not available. Please, no dogs.

Registration is required.  Non-members are welcome. All participants will need to sign an insurance waiver.
