You can find Waterloo Region Nature volunteers at a variety of events in our community, whether organized by our club or another like-minded group:

  • giving talks at the library
  • leading hikes
  • helping kids build bird houses
  • planting trees
  • restoring a prairie
  • manning an information booth at a festival

We provide some of the volunteers for the Kitchener-Waterloo Earth Day Celebration.

If you spot us at one of our displays, come on over and use our button machine to make a free nature themed button to wear on your hat, shirt or backpack.
